BoastKit: Java90, 1st of all - DICE was give FREE (!!!) by Yobit to all users. 2nd - there are tons of tokens without blockchain on the market traded locally. Plus there are tons of virtual assets on the market without blockchain. It's normal thing. You're able to trade DICE on few different markets across Yobit for all those years. Use your brain (at least a a bit).
